The Way of the Ancients' Return and Refund Policy
While The Way of the Ancients strives to provide the highest quality of boons and products. Each shipment is packaged with care and protected with padding. If, however, your item arrives damaged, please see below for the replacement policy.
Because of the custom nature of these items, we do our best to provide as detailed and accurate description as possible. If the item you received does not match the description, we will do our best to rectify the situation. If you have any questions or are not able to find instructions for your situation, please contact our office at help@thewayoftheancients.org.
If an item is missing, damaged, or not as advertised

The Way of the Ancients must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the item. Please contact info@thewayoftheancients.org regarding returns or issues with any service, boon, or product.

Pictures must be provided of the damage, if applicable.

An airway bill will be provided upon confirmation of discrepancies and a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.

If an item is missing, that item will be shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.

If an item is broken, we will assess the damage and send a replacement within 24 hours. You may be asked to ship the item back upon receipt of an airway bill via email.
If you are not satisfied with your boon or product

The Way of the Ancients must be notified of any issues within 7 business days of receipt of the item. Please contact info@thewayoftheancients.org regarding returns or refunds with any service, boon, or product.

If you are dissatisfied with a product, you are responsible for the return shipment as well as restocking fee.

The refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection by The Way of the Ancients, less the return shipment and restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
